Whether it's socks or boots, over the knee was all over the runways for fw 09 and continues to dominate in spring collections. I'm just glad knee-highs are not only associated with schoolgirls anymore! These socks really help extend the line of the leg to give an illusion of a longer and leaner shape. Wearing them with high waist-ed shorts or skirt also help create the leaner look. They should be short to average height ladies' bestfriend!
