Forever21 top, H&M skirt, Karen Miller tights, Zara wedges, Buffalo scarf
I was head over heels in love with this top when I first saw it at Forever21. The heart cut-outs create just a slight poof on the shoulders - Great for people like me who have small shoulders! It also comes in Cream, Blue, and Black. All gorgeous colors, but grey won me over somehow. Now that there's a Forever21 close to home, I'm afraid I'm going to be a frequent visitor... there goes my savings!
